This Week's Quotation:
The real miracle is to walk on earth. Every day we are engaged in a miracle that we don't even recognize: a blue sky, white clouds, green leaves, the curious eyes of a child... All is a miracle.
~ Thich Nhat Hanh
The Way of Miracles
No day like today to be captivated by the miracle of life itself! And no time like now to embody our God-given gift for seeing and facilitating miracles. How do we do that?
We can begin each morning giving thanks for the amazing daily miracles we often take for granted—the aroma of the morning air, the sound of bird song, the sight of the sun shining brightly…
We invite life to use us to make each unfolding moment of the day a gift.
We revel in the awareness that the content is always within our own mind and therefore, the magic is within us—we are the magician, and our consciousness trumps matter—our thoughts and words are like a magic wand, and we are eager to play.
We dwell in possibility. We get our daily dose of discovery, kick out comfort zones and give our cold feet the boot. We engage what sizzles our circuits and invites smiles and laughter.
We celebrate that in seeing differently, we see more, and that unfolds more, and the objects of our attention bloom and blossom.
Above all else, we believe. Believing is seeing. Seeing is becoming. We maintain faith, trust our heart, and love into the answers knowing that love makes one thing of all that it sees.
About Open Windows
We, the authors of this blog, dedicate it to the transparent exploration of the world's sacred scripture and enlightened spiritual thought. We believe that the original inspiration of all faiths comes from a common source, named and revered in a myriad of ways. With that understanding, the innumerable symbols, beliefs, and practices of faith cease to divide. They become open windows to a common reality that inspires and unifies us. We find deeper insight and nourishment in our own faith and from the expression of faith from others.
We hope these weekly quotations and meditations speak to your heart and soul.

What a delightful message! Yes, each moment is indeed a miracle. I am more keenly aware of that after coming through COVID.
I am thankful to be alive and on this beautiful planet with these billions of friends…
The possibilities are endless!
I think in this wonderful piece of writing, Terri, you have removed all excuses for not having a wonder-filled experience for every moment we spend in this miraculous earthly incarnation. As you write, “our thoughts and words are like a magic wand” that bring creativity and regeneration into the fields that we center.
I love the truth of this – Above all else, we believe. Believing is seeing. Seeing is becoming. We maintain faith, trust our heart, and love into the answers knowing that love makes one thing of all that it sees.
